Borscht recipe

Ingredients
- Water
- 0.5 kg pork bones
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 small beetroot
- 1/2 of a medium onion
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/4 of a small cabbage
- Vegetable oil
Steps
- Boil pork (30 min)
- Purify bouillon
- Grate carrots and beetroot
- Cut onion and cabbage
- Chop potatoes
- Fry carrots, beetroot, onion
- Add bouillon, potatoes, cabbage
- Boil for 1.5 hours
